It will be possible to register at the Chittolina Stadium on Saturday 7 October at a cost of €18.00 until bibs last.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

Based on the provisions of the "Regulations for the Organization of Non-Stadia Events" issued by FIDAL, athletes registered in Italy can participate, limited to people aged 16 and over (thousandth of age) who meet one of the following requirements:

• Athletes registered for 2023 for FIDAL affiliated companies

• Italian and foreign athletes in possession of a Runcard (valid as sports insurance and permission to compete) and Athletes registered for a Sports Promotion Body (Athletic Section), in possession of a Runcard-EPS, limited to people over the age of 20 in possession of a valid medical certificate of specific competitive fitness for athletics, which must be compulsorily delivered, even digitally, to the organizing companies of each event.

• Italian/foreign athletes not registered in Italy in possession of a club card affiliated to Foreign Athletics Federations recognized by World Athletics. At the time of registration, alternatively they will have to present the self-certification of possession of the card recognized by World Athletics. The self-certification will then, in any case, be signed in the original when collecting the bib number.

The prizes for placing in the general classification and Italian athlete classification are cumulative.

CATEGORY AWARDS

The first three classified in the following Fidal male and female categories

JP;S(senior), S35,S40, S45, S50, S55, S60, S65,S70  and above.

The category prizes cannot be combined with the prize pool for placing in the first 5 absolute positions.

Prizes not collected on the day of the race will not be delivered later.

BIBS AND RACE PACK COLLECTION

The delivery of bibs and race packs (technical t-shirt to the first 500 registered between competitive and family) will take place on the upper floor of the grandstand of the Chittolina stadium (Vado Ligure):

• Saturday 07 October from 16.00 to 18.00

• Sunday 08 October from 7.30 to 8.45

The bib will only be handed over to the individual athlete or, alternatively, to a person provided with a proxy and a photocopy of an identity document of the athlete for whom he withdraws.

Wedosport timing service;

refreshment along the way;

refreshment at the end of the race.

TIMING AND RANKINGS

The measurement of the times and the elaboration of the rankings is by Wedosport; the same are validated by the Delegated/Technical Judge/Appeal Judge.

The official time and the real time will be detected.

TIME LIMIT

The time limit to finish the race is set at 1 hour and 30 minutes.

For traffic reasons, a gate will be set up at 5 km at 10.15, whoever does not respect this limit will still be able to finish the race by continuing on the promenade respecting the highway code since traffic will be reopened.

NON-ATTENDANCE

The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. However, the registered athlete who is unable to take part in the race is offered the following possibilities:

• transfer of registration to the 2024 edition. By communicating one's unavailability by 09/24/2023 in the section "Contacts" of RunRace and by paying a supplement of € 5.00 for administrative fees, the fee will be considered valid for enrollment in the 2024 edition.

• Transfer of registration to La Dieci di Vado e Quiliano 2023 to another person, upon payment of a supplement of € 5.00 for secretarial and communication rights by 09/24/2023 in the section "Contacts​" of RunRace. The person registered as a replacement must provide all personal information relating to the membership as if it were a new registration.   _cc781905-5cde- 3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_                   

In the event of an orange/red weather alert or health emergencies, the race may be canceled and no refund will be paid to registered athletes, however the possibility of moving registration to the next edition or to a new date will be guaranteed in the event of a simple postponement.

Any complaints must be presented in compliance with the rules of FIDAL and RTI

IMAGE RIGHTS

By registering for the 9th edition of "La Dieci di Vado e Quiliano", the athlete expressly authorizes the organization, together with sponsors and media partners, to acquire the right to use the still or moving images on which he may appear , on all media, including promotional and/or advertising materials, throughout the world and for the maximum time required by the laws, regulations and treaties in force, including any extension that may be made to the established period.

FINAL WARNINGS

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify these regulations at any time for reasons it deems appropriate for a better organization of the race, after having communicated it and obtained approval from FIDAL. For anything not covered by these regulations, the statutory technical rules of FIDAL and the GGG apply. Any changes to services, places and times will be appropriately communicated to the registered athletes or will be reported on the website www.ladiecidivado.com
