It will be possible to register at the Chittolina Stadium on Saturday 7 October at a cost of €18.00 until bibs last.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

Anyone over the age of 18 or minors accompanied by parents who sign an indemnity can participate in the non-competitive race.

Since it is a non-competitive race, a medical certificate is not required, however it is necessary to sign the release form when collecting the bib number (downloadable here).

ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

Food products will be delivered to the first 3 men and the first 3 women who arrive at the finish line

BIBS AND RACE PACK COLLECTION

The delivery of the bibs and race packs (technical t-shirt to the first 500 registered between competitive and non-competitive) will take place on the upper floor of the grandstand of the Chittolina stadium (Vado Ligure):

• Saturday 07 October from 16.00 to 18.00

• Sunday 08 October from 7.30 to 8.45

The bib will only be handed over to the individual athlete or, alternatively, to a person provided with a proxy and a photocopy of an identity document of the athlete for whom he withdraws.

TIMING AND RANKINGS

The measurement of times and the processing of the order of arrival is by Wedosport.

TIME LIMIT

The time limit to finish the race is set at 1 hour and 30 minutes.

NON-ATTENDANCE

The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. However, the registered athlete who is unable to take part in the race is offered the following possibilities:

• transfer of registration to the 2024 edition. By communicating one's unavailability by 09/24/2023 in the section "Contacts" of RunRace and by paying a supplement of € 5.00 for administrative fees, the fee will be considered valid for enrollment in the 2024 edition.

• Transfer of the registration for the 2023 edition to another person, upon payment of a supplement of € 5.00 for secretarial and communication rights by 09/24/2023 in the section "Contacts​" of RunRace. In the event of an orange/red weather alert or health emergencies, the race may be canceled and no refund will be paid to registered athletes, however the possibility of moving registration to the next edition or to a new date will be guaranteed in the event of a simple postponement.

IMAGE RIGHTS

By registering for the 9th edition of "La Dieci di Vado e Quiliano", the athlete expressly authorizes the organization, together with sponsors and media partners, to acquire the right to use the still or moving images on which he may appear , on all media, including promotional and/or advertising materials, throughout the world and for the maximum time required by the laws, regulations and treaties in force, including any extension that may be made to the established period.

FINAL WARNINGS

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify these regulations at any time for reasons it deems appropriate for a better organization of the race.

Any changes to services, places and times will be duly communicated to the registered athletes or will be reported on the website www.ladiecidivado.com
